2022 Commercial Refurbishment/Redevelopment over $5M, Master Builders SA

The Underdale High School Redevelopment transformed a 1960s-era campus into a modern learning environment, increasing capacity from 550 to 800 students. The project included the refurbishment of approximately 85% of existing facilities alongside the delivery of new school buildings, all completed within a live school environment.
